Design and development of a centralized online admission platform to facilitate seamless enrolment of Class X students into Government Senior Secondary Schools across Sikkim during the COVID-19 pandemic. The system was developed to ensure continuity of academic processes amidst restrictions, enabling students to apply remotely while providing the Education Department with real-time visibility and control over the admission process.
Design and implementation of an online admission portal for the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) to facilitate seamless student enrollment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Design and development of a citizen-centric Application Tracking Management System for the District Administrative Centre (DAC), Gangtok. The platform enables citizens to track the real-time status of their applications (handles both service applications and miscellaneous applications), while providing administrative officials with a structured workflow system to manage, process, and forward applications efficiently within the department. The platform has reporting dashboard for the District collector.
Design and deployment of an AI-powered chatbot solution to assist election officials during the Municipality Elections 2026 in Sikkim. The chatbot was developed as a legal reference and decisionsupport tool, capable of understanding, summarizing, and responding to queries based on the Sikkim Municipalities Act, 2007. The solution was powered by Sarvam, an Indian AI startup serving as a key partner in the national IndiaAI Mission, ensuring robust and context-aware language model capabilities tailored for governance use cases.
Design and development of a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to enable centralized monitoring and governance of technical education institutions across the state. The platform provides real-time insights into academic performance, institutional operations, and administrative efficiency, empowering the State Board of Technical Education to make informed, datadriven decisions and improve overall education quality. Design and deployment of “Samadhan” a citizen-centric grievance management system for the District Administrative Centre (DAC), Gangtok. The platform enables residents of the district to lodge grievances and submit feedback regarding services and interactions with DAC officials. It ensures transparency and accountability by allowing citizens to track the real-time status of their grievances, while providing administrative authorities with structured tools to manage, monitor, and resolve issues efficiently.
